Chimney Repairs, Custom Railings, and a Fresh New Look

John and I just wrapped up a big project on a beautiful house and property out in Bryson City.

The two chimneys were in rough shape, but we brought them back to life:

  • Updated the flashing & added kick-out flashing

  • Re-attached exterior stones & applied new mortar

  • Cleaned, sealed, and protected the exterior

  • Repaired years of structural damage from leaks

They look fantastic now and are built to last.

We also installed new deck railings. The originals were rough-cut lumber, so we had to do a little detective work to track down the right wood (definitely not a Lowe’s find). The end result looks natural and blends perfectly with the setting.
