A Home Service Visit is a flat-rate, professional service appointment designed to handle multiple small repairs, adjustments, and household tasks in one scheduled visit — with clear pricing and no hourly billing.

Up to 90 minutes on-site

  • Full cleanup and respectful worksite care

Extended Home Service Visit — $295

Up to 2.5 hours on-site

Includes everything in the Standard Visit, plus:

  • Extra time for longer lists or multi-room tasks

  • Ideal for homeowners who want to “clear the board” in one visit

Most homeowners complete 5–10 small items during an extended visit.

Project-Based Work

For larger repairs, renovations, or specialty installations, we provide clear, fixed-price quotes after an on-site assessment.
